Individual Therapy

I work with adults from all backgrounds and pay special attention to cultural factors related to mental health. I honor, respect, and welcome individuals from marginalized and minority populations. I specialize in treating generalized and social anxiety, panic, chronic and acute trauma, depression, and disordered eating in addition to general concerns related to adjustment, stress, and relationships. I also provide anger management treatment and treatment for those wishing to abstain or reduce use of alcohol and/or cannabis. I utilize therapies with strong research support: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, in addition to mindfulness based treatment and motivational interviewing.

Initial consultation/intake interview (75 minutes) is $145

Individual therapy sessions (50 minutes) are $95

I have several spaces open for sliding scale / “pay what you can afford” therapy services. Please inquire for additional information.

Couples Therapy

All committed couples and partner dynamics are welcome here. I practice with an inclusive and non judgmental stance. I empower couples to foster respect for one another, build trust, improve communication skills, and implement appropriate boundaries. I often work with couples in transition, those overcoming infidelity, and those seeking to resolve conflict.

I also see adult dyads for therapy (e.g., siblings, parent-adult child).

Initial couples interview (90 minutes) is $185

Couples therapy sessions (60 minutes) are $115

Sliding scale and “pay what you can afford” services are available for couples therapy. Please inquire for additional information.

Psychoeducational Testing

This type of assessment assists with determining whether a young adult has a disorder that may impact their learning (e.g., Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, learning disability). I evaluate an individual’s intellectual abilities, academic achievement levels, information processing, and general behavioral and emotional functioning via standardized measures, interviews, observation, and an individualized battery of testing instruments. Results are typically used to inform educational decisions (e.g., requesting accommodations, registering with a Student Services/Disabilities office).

Adult Psychoeducational Testing is $1250+

I offer abbreviated ADHD testing for adults to screen for problems related to attention, concentration, and executive functioning. Assessment includes an interview, testing, in-person feedback, and a letter summarizing your evaluation results. This type of evaluation is appropriate for adults seeking diagnostic clarification for ADHD.

ADHD Testing is $850+

Results / Report for all testing ready in 2 weeks.

Psychological Evaluations may be requested by a court, a school, or you may want one to seek diagnostic clarification when you are experiencing a range of concerns that are affecting your relationships, occupational success, and emotional state. This service includes a clinical interview, testing and assessment to evaluate your behavior, personality functioning, cognitive functioning, and several other domains. Testing may be completed in one day or over two appointments, and the rate includes a 30-minute feedback session in addition to a typed report with diagnosis and recommendations.

Psychological Evaluation is $1250+

Results / Report ready in 2 weeks.

I conduct pre-surgical evaluations for gastric and spinal cord stimulation surgeries to assess for surgical readiness. These evaluations consist of an interview and several brief assessment measures. The fee includes a brief report or letter for your medical doctor and a telephonic feedback session (with an option for in-person feedback).

Pre-Surgical Evaluations are $175

I have been invited to speak to several local organizations on topics such as Anxiety Disorders, Conducting Psychological Assessment, and Substance Use Disorders for educational purposes or to provide continuing education credits. I am also available to tailor a workshop to your group. Please contact me to discuss.
